I am very disappointed in this company's service as well as their customer service. I was constantly restarting the router due to it crashing. I continued to do business with them for a total of two years until my bill shot up and additional $30 a month. After a lengthy conversation with the service rep. I was made aware that their expectation is for their customers to switch companies every couple of years. The representative specifically told " Don't worry, you will be back" after I told him I would have look elsewhere for service due to the lack of adequate cooperation. In sort, if you have a problem don't expect them to work with you are actually in the process of cancelling your service.

The absolute worst internet service I have ever had. When the weather is the least bit bad, it is out. I have had total outages requiring a tech to come 4 times in a year. And the service is so over stretched, forget (absolutely forget) trying to stream during peak periods. They don't discount their charges, but they should.
