Ceelite

I am a Marketing Director in a major mall and about 18 months ago we introduced the Ceelite technology into one of our food courts. We purchased several poster sized LECs for custom made frames which we mounted onto columns. We had very high expectations for the product and were particularly delighted with the thinness and luminosity. The panels worked well for about 3 months, then went out entirely. It took about 7 months for a Ceelite rep to get back to us to rectify the situation. We were told it was a manufacturing defect. Ceelite replaced the panels and they were fine for about two months, then they went out again and the transformer started to develop a "buzzing" issue. This was several months ago and we are still waiting for Ceelite to respond. I would not recommend this product to even my worst enemy. Several thousands of dollars, wasted time and frustration later, we are in the process of removing the Ceelites and replacing them with LEDs. The company is unreliable and untrustworthy and the technology is not ready for the big league.
