        not very pleased with this agency, it is in the process of ripping me off for a ticket they sold me on-line for u$682.00; on 12/14/2015; never posted it on their "checkmytrip.com" site; gave me and WFB a never manned phone number (812) 330-1600; at first they seemed an efficient organization with a legit online service; but my experience thus far has been that STATravel and Ms. L.Kraftschik are crooks from Lewisville, TX to Bloomington,IN and all points in between. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE of these thieving DoGs
