Gracie Barra Bloomington is an amazing school that providing a welcoming, family-like environment to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

One of the best decisions I have made! This school is amazing. The teaching and instruction is phenomenal and the classes are fun. There is great camaraderie among the students and it feels like family. The training facility is excellent. Highly skilled and trained experts are brought in throughout the year to host a seminars, and students are allowed to go to any Gracie Barra school in the country. There are so many positive benefits, you should definitely check it out!! It will be a decision you do not regret.

I love training here! The coaches and owner and the fellow students are super friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to compete or if you want self-defense, or if you're just looking for a work-out, you can't do any better than Gracie Barra Bloomington (plus GB has horizontal membership!).

Excellent instruction in both self-defense and sport jiujitsu. All the instructors are tournament competitors and have trained in combat grappling and striking for years. School has a great vibe and a family atmosphere. Everyone's always smiling and joking. And, yes, they do train in strike defense.

Not what I expected. The training is more focused on tournaments than street defense. They don't focus much on punch-block defense.
