Graduating from Illinois Wesleyan University with honors in Biology, Dr. Randolph continued her education obtaining a Doctorate of Medicine from the The Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago. During her initial 5 years of training in General Surgery at Loyola University Medical Center, Dr. Randolph became interested in plastic and reconstructive surgery as a way to give back to patients and positively affect outcomes. She was drawn to the restorative aspect of reconstructive surgery as well as the dynamic, ever changing nature of cosmetic surgery. A personal passion was born and she was inspired to complete a second residency in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at Loyola. As a Bloomington Normal native, Dr. Randolph fulfilled her dream to practice and settle down in her hometown near both immediate and extended family. At the heart of Dr. Randolph is her husband and three children. She enjoys her free time with family and friends, pursuing her personal interests in cooking, photography and tennis.

Take Veterans Parkway exit – Exit 167. Stay on Veterans Parkway towards Bloomington-Normal Airport. Take a left on Route 9 or Empire Street. Go about 1 mile east on Empire to The Center for Outpatient Medicine/McLean County Orthopedics building. Turn left onto Audie Murphy Drive, then right into the McLean County Orthopedics parking lot. Follow the Twin City Plastic Surgery signs around the back of the building to the parking lot on the east side of the building. The office is located on the second floor above the TCOM surgicenter.

Dr. Randolph is board certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She has been in practice in the Bloomington-Normal area since 2004 and maintains privileges at all local area hospitals. As a surgeon, her goal is to provide patients with honest and up-to-date information, comprehensive care and excellent service. Her practice offers both aesthetic, non-surgical and surgical procedures, with emphasis on breast and body procedures.

At your consultation, Dr. Randolph will examine you and explain to you your treatment options for breast reduction. If she feels you are an appropriate candidate for the procedure and you would like us to proceed with the preauthorization process, we will send all the required documentation to your insurance company. In most instances we will have an answer for you in 2-6 weeks.

Continual improvements in plastic surgery techniques offer better results today post mastectomy than ever before. Breast reconstruction is an option for most women facing a mastectomy. Restoring the breast after breast cancer surgery is not considered cosmetic surgery. Operations performed to restore anatomy and symmetry, like after mastectomy, are considered reconstructive. Since breast reconstruction after mastectomy is considered part of treatment of disease, the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act mandates that insurers provide coverage for breast reconstruction. Also, insurance will typically approve operations to the opposite breast to restore symmetry.

Prior to coming to our Practice, Susie spent many years in medical and cosmetic dermatology in Prospect, Kentucky, although she was raised in Bloomington/Normal and is enjoying now being back in town and close to friends and family.
