These people say they are same day service. If you have pain they will see you same day. This is BS. They NEVER called back. I finally called them told them I was in pain for 3 days. Cant eat, gums red and swollen. They NEVER got me in. DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!

The office was great when Dr. Miller was the dentist there. Ever since he left things have gone downhill. The new dentist doesn't talk to you, he didn't introduce himself or even say hi. He walked in looked in my mouth turned around and left. dental hygienists have also changed. The dental Hygienist was awful. She asked me what I did for a living, and then said she hates people who do my job. She then proceeded to violently turn my head and push me throughout the dental cleaning until I finally pulled everything out of my mouth and told her to stop hitting me. I go to the dentist regularly, and I have never seen anyone act as violent as her. She was very rude and disrespectful, and expressing outward hatred and violence towards patients is not okay. Also the new dentist told me one of my molars needs to be pulled. I had to be out of town for a couple of months, and while I was there the tooth hurt me, I went to a new dentist out of state and he told me there was nothing wrong with my tooth, but I did have gingivitis. He prescribed an antibiotic. I insisted on getting the tooth pulled since I couldn't have it hurt while on this business trip, so he listened to me and pulled it. To my utter dismay the tooth was perfectly healthy. The out of state dentist was right, and this was just gingivitis. I lost a tooth for no reason other than trusting a dentist I should not have trusted. The office has just lost me and my entire family as customers.

Today was my third time visiting Bloomington Smile Center and they have yet to disappoint. When i first went i hadn't been to the dentist in a few years and I was nervous. I was put at ease though pretty quickly. They have a very welcoming and professional environment and staff. I feel like i'm in good hands when i am there and am excited i finally found "my" dentist.

I have been a patient here for a few years now. In this time he has replaced a bridge and has done a few fillings for me. Besides being painless, he is always thorough. The before, during and after pictures on the TV always helps and assures me the problem has been fixed.

I have been a patient of this practice for several years and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Dr Miller is kind and gentle. I have never been to a dentist who actually shows me a picture of my tooth and what is wrong with it. His staff is also very nice. The office is clean and up to date. Best of all they take my insurance! Highly recommend this dental office.

I'm not saying they're gold diggers but... I went there recently and the office staff and decor was phenomenal, all smiles and professional attitudes. They gained my trust and told me that I had 8 cavities. I read the other lady's review and decided to get a second opinion just in case they were exaggerating. The second office I went to found 3 cavities. I promptly returned to BSC and was told by the dentist that "he likes to attend to spots that look like they could turn into cavities before they do." That's the equivalent of "your bones seem a little soft, so let's put this cast on in case you break your arm!" Needless to say we switched offices. Beware of the dentist that grins and lies!

I don't know who the other reviewer talking about Dr. Conway is referring to because as far as I know, it's just Dr. Miller there. This has been by far my most pleasant dental experience, (and I've had a lot of bad ones) so I highly recommend them. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they seem to remember all the patients by name. Dr. Miller is nice and personable, but more importantly, he puts the patient at ease and keeps the discomfort to a minimum!

I called Dr. Conway's office, b/c I heard an ad on the radio. I had wanted to go in, since i was going to be in two weddings, and wanted my smile to be a little brighter. I walked out of there, paying a 5 grand for some gum disease repair, and three cavities to be fixed and of course of full set of x-rays. The staff was very nice, and made you feel that they are very thorough, when in fact they make you comfortable enough to believe all the BS they are about to feed you. Luckily, I was too uncomfortable to pay for all of these services upfront (that is the only payment Dr. Conway excepts). So I asked them to forward my x-rays to another Dentist. This Dentist had to take new x-rays of me, since Conway's office sent him miniature pictures that didn't show anything. He did not find one cavity and he said my gums are very healthy.



I am very upset. Conway's office, doctored up my x-rays they had taken of me, b/c they showed me decay in several of my teeth and told me that they were bad cavities. They also convinced me that I had periodontitis (which is some gum diseases that is worse than gingivitis). And it turns out, that I don't have any gum disease.

The people at Conways office seem very trustworthy, but DO NOT TRUST THEM!
