The owner is the rudest person alive, I asked about an eviction (it’s a long story on why I have one and what has happened) and she told me no I’ve been given plenty of free money to take care of those problems and then said that that’s how she feels about anyone struggling right now is they’ve had plenty of opportunities to get things straightened.

Kevin is polite when hes doing maintance i just wish they respond quicker but i understand they have more than one property mrs bonell has different personalities but she'll be alright maybe she just needs some affection or something . we need pest control to spray often you never know what your neighbors can bring in with furniture or what their guest may have in their bags and not know it bugs travel fast threw vents and cracks. as long as i don't live or see a roach im satisfied

I am highly pissed off at mrs bonell, I left my apartment to a friend of mine , I took my name off the lease, iI went down and told mrs bonnel this . all of this took place in june 2011, my friend can atest to this. my friend got kicked out @taken to court. for back payment off rent. now ive got a bad credit report. i called mrs bonnell she stated that what isaid was true,but she dosnt handle this.id have too talk to her attorney.i called her attorney some and he told me that he couldnt talk about his clients case.all i wanted is for her to take my name off the lease so i wouldnt be responsible for someone elses debit. now i have to take her to court.
