Worst customer service and products ever. We purchased a ring with a damage on it that was unnoticed at time of purchase. In less than 24 hours, we went to return or exchange the ring. The receipt clearly says that if you are not satisfied w/ the quality or craftsmanship, they will fully refund your money. When we returned, the manager refused to refund anything and accused us of damaging the ring - a damage that would literally be impossible to do. We have spent thousands of dollars at this store. We will never spend another penny there again and will make sure that everyone is aware of the type of shady business they run. Do not trust Michael Hill Jewelers at Stratford Square.
