Lisa was very helpful in assisting me in choosing the correct window treatments for my patio, dining room and kitchen. Her installer Dan was very meticulous during the installation and answered my questions on the proper operation of my new blinds and how they should be maintained.

You did a wonderful job, Lisa! Especially since I had some time limitations. The girl's room looks great with the new Faux Wood Blinds - your suggestion of the ivory instead of the white was perfect! But, it is the office soft Murano Blinds that look fabulous! Your help in suggesting the valance match the wood floor and suggesting the soft blinds themselves was great. I really didn't know what I wanted, but after telling you my needs, these 2' soft blinds softens the room and looks great! Hopefully I will be able to replace all my mini-blinds soon! Thank you for working with me in such short notice - you got everything done on time!

I contacted Lisa for my daughter after receiving a Budget Blinds coupon in the mail. My daughter is disabled and has some difficulty raising and lowering window coverings. In addition, she has two-story windows in her living room. Lisa came up with the perfect solution of motorized honeycomb shades for the upper windows and cordless honeycombs for the lower windows. When I was first looking for window treatments, I was on facebook and one of the pop-ups was for Budget Blinds. Well, I filled out the information and a few days later Lisa Pingel calls me. Well let me tell you, I was very impress with Lisa from that first encounter. Lisa was very prompt in her responses throughout the process. I was a bit surprised at the overall cost that I was first quoted but soon came to realize how important it was to have better quality, a five yr warranty and a person to call if things ever went wrong. I spent a couple of hours pricing out simliar honeycomb cellular blinds online (and ordered samples), as well as quoted a professional to install - and came about $1000 under the initial quote from budgetblinds. Lisa offered me another route to bring the costs down and came back to my house to show me the dramatic difference in quality. Ultimately, the final price she gave me was competitive.



The installation process was fantastic. Dan and his son showed up a few minutes early, and took only 3 hours for what I was told would have been an all day (8 hour) project. There was no mess left whatsoever, and the blinds look great (on all 28 windows we had treated!).

Lisa came to my rental property and measured the windows for new blinds. She took measurements and gave a fair price on the spot. I knew exactly what I was getting, and there wasn't any back and forth with prices or product. The blinds were installed about a week ahead of schedule. The person who installed them put them up in about 20-25 minutes, and they look great.

Thanks so much for leaving a voicemail at my home today. All the blinds/shades look great. When you say room darkening, you really mean it. I'll never have to worry about the light ever getting in. I really like the shades on the front door. That is what I was looking for. Vern did a very nice job also. Thanks for your help and prompt service on everything.
