BMO Harris Bank

Do not open an account with BMO if you are expecting to receive a $100 or $200 bonus. My sister, boyfriend and I had problems getting bonus. We already met all the requirements, but My sister and I had to wait for more than 6 months to get the bonus and contact the customer service 3 times and go to the branch twice. My sister was supposed to get a $200 bonus, but she only received a $100. My boyfriend waited for 7 months and called the customer service 3 times and called the branch office too, but at the end he was told that he is not eligible. He was very upset, so he just closed his account and I also closed my account few months ago. My sister was planning to close her account over the phone, but the customer service told her that she has to go to the branch office to close her account. If you don't want to waste your energy, don't bother to have business with BMO. I wish that somebody had told me that before I opened an account with BMO.
