Great church, I have been attending here for about 12 years. The people are so friendly and they have really helped my family.

First of all the Pastor and his wife Do Not drive new cars. Secondly Pastor preaching on giving is biblical. Please don't post if you don't have your information correct :-)

This is a church who focuses on children and youth. They have many Free outreaches

for the community as well as the people who attend regularly.

I would suggest any one to try it out for yourself.

If you live in NEPA this is the church you want to attend. This is one of the greatest churches in PA. This church does so much for the community and is always looking to reach people for God. The Lead Pastor is a great man of God , he is very real and has a great family. If you are looking for somewhere to come and worship God, stop by and check it out! You wont be disappointed!

If you want to go to church where the Pastor is a real Person than you may have found HOME. From the Pulpit to your seat in the Church you will hear real stories of how God Changes lives starting with the Pastor himself. We all have different backgrounds but his was changed and God called him to the Pulpit to lead others which he does very well. I was originally introduced to the church by 2 of my adult children who were attending the church with their families and we actually went to one of the Concerts where God is also used on a regular basis. Yes the building is big and beautiful and why shouldn't it be? God has blessed this church because of their obedience to seek out and serve the lost in the area. They use whetever resources they have to introduce Christ to a community looking for answers and I am so very happy to be a very small part of it by attending and serving where I can. If you want to see how God is using this congregation come on out and see for yourself. There are so many services as well to choose from. Young and old will find Peckville AG a great choice.

Beautiful Church! Absolutely Exceptional! Everyone is so sweet. I am always greeted by the happiest people. When I went to the church to buy tickets for one of the concerts they were having, the staff was very helpful and some of the kindest people. I give this church a five star rating.

This is a great church for the whole family to enjoy. They have contemporary worship, excellent children's programs and exciting events.

This is one of the most vision-oriented churches I've ever seen. The Lead Pastor Terry Drost has a passion and vision to see that the entire greater NE Pa region and beyond knows about and is given the opportunity to know about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It is offensive to hear the small-minded people bash this church who has a real heart for the community. Pastor Terry's desire is to meet the needs of the community and to see that one more person has the opportunity to hear about Jesus Christ's salvation message. Shame on you who only think about yourself and don't think about others needing Christ. It isn't all about you.

This is a wonderful church. I have to disagree with the two starred comment. The lead pastor and his wife are the two most genuine people I have ever met. In the bible one of the commandments is to GIVE to your church. They lead by example of how the bible commands us as we should be as christians. This is very important to me because i have seen the total opposite at other churches. The Pastor is real and tells us the truth. He might have a nice car but look at all he is doing. He is leading hundreds of people to Christ every year. He deserves it. I feel like I have a second family at the church and the pastor will greet me with a hug every time I see him. If he asks us to give, dont think he wont give. His wife is a strong woman of God and is one of the most giving women. I have only attended the church for 2 and a half years now and am there whenever the doors are open. The congregation is amazing and I am so thankful for everything the church does for the community. You will feel completely comfortable if you come. They make sure of it.

I have got to say, this is probably one of the best churches I've been at in this area. As soon as I entered the church, I was greeted with a smile, hand shake, and their church bulletin which included all of the church's information in it. The lead Pastor, Terry Drost is a gifted speaker and what he spoke about, spoke right to my heart. I could tell right away that he has such a calling on his life to lead others to the Lord! I met him and his family and they showed such love to my husband and I which is hard to find in such a large church. I will definitely be coming to this church on a weekly basis and I plan to serve in any area possible. I am excited to see what the Lord is doing and will continue to do at Peckville Assembly of God!!!

Potentially a great church - just get rid of the senior pastor. He lacks shepherding skills. Things said in confidence are fine, as long as you don't mind his children knowing (who will then tell their friends) or you don't mind him randomly telling others in the church your personal information. Personal experience- very shocking and hurtful.

They need to realize there is more to church than being the biggest and best at everything. Things seemed so much more genuine when they were in the small church - everything changed when they moved to the $4.1m sacred cow of a building. To pay for this the congregation are subjected to 6 straight weeks of sermons, once a year, on 'giving', which precedes a 'pledge drive'. Very intense. Pastor and his wife both drive brand new cars, btw.

Be prepared - on one hand they'll teach money management classes, and on the other you can pay your offering or tithe by credit card.

There are some sweet, wonderful people in the congregation. Truly nice people striving to do the Lord's work. Some of the initiatives are very original, and the praise and worship is really good. Excellent media. Biggest complaint is that the senior pastor is a show man.
