Potomac Truck Center

Had our truck in service for 3 weeks. They said they would be done on Friday. Then told us they would be done Monday. Got the truck out on Tuesday. They damaged the hood but insisted that they were just scuff marks. Definitely not scuff marks. Our driver had to take a car down from the trailer. In the process of moving their equipment so our driver can take the car they damaged the hood so the manager told us the damage was our fault. Instead of taking responsibility this company blaims it on the customer. We received no compensation for the damage they did and they also charged us extra for labor because they moved their equipment. The manager is extremely rude and ignorant and so is most of the service staff. Out of our 12 years in the trucking business this is by far the worst service we have ever received. Steer clear of this place there are other places in Maryland where you can get your truck repaired. We’ll be letting other trucking companies we know in Maryland to never go to Potomac Truck Center.
