Dr. Harris is awesome! he has taken very good care of me and always been prompt on returning phone calls and prescriptions. the nurses and receptionist are always pleasant and available to speak with

I went to the orthopedic 4 times after a horse accident. Was told to go to PT that it was minor whip lash and that it would quickly get better (no xrays just touched my neck). 6 months and 5 visits later the pain got increasingly worse. He told me it was psychological and it would "Go away when I stopped thinking about it." So I saw a spine specialist and turns out I had a serious injury that required immediate major corrections and specialized PT. He told me that it wouldnt have been serious had I been properly diagnosed... Its now been a year and I still deal with pain because of the doctor misdiagnosing me for 6 months at this facility.

We were seen ouickly after paying 105.00 dollars upfront. Our Dr for the day was Dr Harris my husband had a severe groin pain and almost couldn't walk at the time seen. He was never x-rayed or given more than 20 minutes which was broken up as Dr Harris kept leaving the exam room. He was prescribes an antibiotic for his hard cold and a very light pain med plus crutches. Couldn't believe the unprofessionalism of the Dr will not go again or give a reference for anyone else. Called back to try to get him some help but no avail. Felt like we were in Hippie land you wouldn't believe the write up we were given on her diagnosis of the visit. Please if you have to be seen here call to make sure Dr Harris is not the provider seeing you. On the plus side the nurses were very professional and were not at all on board with this diagnosis-so we paid 160.00 cash for office visit & prescriptions and my husband still is in pain having difficulty working and getting around. Thanks a whole lot Velocity for having such providers on your staff. What a JOKE.
