        General Info
        Black Diamond Bakery started as Old Brick Oven in 1902. A small Deli was added to the bakery in 1989 and started serving breakfast in 1991. In 1994, the bakery added a large coffee shop to accommodate both large and small groups serving fresh coffee and pastries. An espresso bar, gift shops and a line of candy and ice cream were also added. Its lunch menu comprises homemade salads, specialty sandwiches and beverages. The bakery also offers catering services. Black Diamond Bakery is located in Black Diamond, Wash.
