Pine Lake RV Campground

I had only four choises for a RV park near my job in lawrenceville georgia, one was not motorcycle friendly at all, so I won't even mention that one! Twinn lakes was 22 miles north of my job ,BUT it would mean I would have to be stuck in the georgia mall traffic every day! Also they had no wash rooms or laundry house there and also weren,t to motorcycle friendly?. So I went to jones RV park and decided I would stay there and it was only 13.4 miles from my job. I heard of pine lake rv camp ground in bishop, but it was 37.2 miles from my job and since im use to being close to my jobs over the years the mileage scared me,LOL. Well after two months of high winds,RV'S on top of me and the unbearible noise of the highway 85 traffic all day and night long, I decided to ride out and check out pine lake camp ground after taking off of work early one day.When I got there I was in LOVE, A real RV park, quiet,in the woods,clean, no traffic,every thing I needed (except a gym,LOL), two lakes and did I mention QUIET! I had a talk with the owner LINDA and felt at home right away, I promised her not to rev up any of our motorcyle's when we leave for work in the morning and come home ,(actually the diesel trucks are louder). I love it here,I now enjoy the 37.2 miles each way traveling the country side and because the natural beauty and the quietness of the park is well worth the gas money im spending now. Everything you probably need is anywhere from 1.9 to 10 miles away for shopping or entertainment.We will be here for a very long time , Linda has been very helpful to this newbe to RVING!
