I had a reservation here for 2 weeks for a car. I show up 15 minutes early, and they have no cars available. My car "isn't there yet" and "I need to wait" since I am at this point 5 minutes early. What? So I call the corporate number, and all they can do is if I find another car from a competitor, they can match the rate. Mind you, I still have no car! What a Joke. I was an AVIS preferred member, and have never been treated with such crappy customer service. They had no answers where my car was, or why it wasn't there. Or why I didn't receive a courtesy call/email/text in regards to the fact their might be a problem with my reservation. These guys are clowns.
