UAB Highlands

They have an arrogrant, uncaring pain psychologist. He asks you questions but will not write your answers in the computer he stares at. He repeats what he types which are his answers to the questions he asks you. After the initial meeting without any medical tests, he says you have chronic pain syndrome. You bring him MRI tests, he basically ignores them.
He thinks he has knows everything, but how can he when he will not listen. You feel like you are crazy as a bat after seeing him. Do not go.

Absolutely terrible service I've been waiting for over 2 hours. It's ridiculous, staff is in no hurry and socialize instead of speeding up the wait process. I expected better from UAB!!!

Terrible with the time you waste being seen and getting results to labs. I got there at 1:30 and just finally walked out at 6 I just couldn't wait any longer. Very inconsiderate of any other plans or important things you need to take care of. I wish they were like they use to a hour you were in and out.
