Hampton Inn by Hilton

Our stay was great but their phone customer service is lousy. I had booked a Tuesday night originally but we decided to go a day early so I canceled Tuesday and booked Monday night which we did stay. When I got my VISA I discovered they had billed me for both nights even though I had changed our reservations a week before our stay. I called and the front desk said a manager would call me back. Never happened of course snd Ive called every day for 2 week and they don’t answer. Figuring they’re blocking my call I try the national number and he connects me to a voice mail snd I leave another message. Frustrated to say the least!
