Church's Texas Chicken

I have went here two time both time I was unhappy set in drive thru for an hour both time I have bein there this last time they for got my peppers my chicken was tasted as if they pulled it to early and had no spicy chicken same as the first time I went and when they gave me my food she just handed me the box of chicken not in a bag and just shoved my sides in one small bag

I had my reciept from previous visit to receive my free combo meal,and was very disappointed because I could not get I went to get. I had been given the wrong code name over the telephone from the survey recording. The manager did not think it was necessary to talk to me face to face. She sent messages to me twice and the cashier had to leave the register twice and there was a long line waiting and they were discussing the time it took for them to get waited on. I actually thought that I was at the best and closest Church's Chicken because the one I had gone to prior to this one gave me an upset stomach which is located on first av. in Woodlawn area. To make a long story short, she refused to acknowledge my receipt. I hope she doesn't treat all of her customers like this.
