Grand Casino Biloxi

The place is clean, the room is nice, although there were a few cigarette holes in my non smoking room. Staff was very courteous. The Steak n Shake inside was quick and hot last night. The casino floor was much smaller than I expected from a Harrahs but was nice. There is no poker room.

this is a horrible hotel you would be better all staying at a motel 6 the accommodations don't match the gift shop is horrible I brought my wife down to the beach for her birthday bought her 100 dollar bottle of perfume out of the gift shop was told if it wasn't the right thing I could bring it back and get my money back for it but this morning I had 4 security guards and some a little lady manager tell me so sorry there's nothing we can do and some retired navy corman security guard had a very sarcastic attitude told me I should have done my research better on the perfume and did I just needed to go back to my room and go about my day now I don't know about the rest of the people this day in top rated hotels but this is not the service that I expect they charge 11 dollars and 50 cents per room for wifi per day if anybody would like to hear about this hotel in person you can email me at gregjernigan68@gmail.com I paid 510 dollars for 2 days date and I'll wake up at 11 o'clock on sunday and cannot even get room service from 11 till 5 in the afternoon I've never been more a girly disgusted with a hotel in my life do everything you can do to stay away from the grand casino in biloxi it's a bad hotel that has a horrible staff please email me for details the only reason that I gave this place a 1 star rating is because it will not let me leave a 0 or a minus 1 please stay away from this hotel
