I have been seeing the nurse practitioner now for a couple of years, he is always very helpful and kind to me. They have gotten me into the clinic within an hour of me calling due to a flare up and being in significant pain and have always gone out of there way to ensure that I am comfortable. Dr. Chen has always done my procedures and is not only kind and very knowledgeable but has a way of making you feel a little better with his jokes and kind words. The staff here has always been very patient with me and have treated me with the upmost respect with the exception of the front desk clerk. She has a bit of an attitude, she’s new to the practice and I have to say I liked the last girl a whole lot better but luckily I only have to deal with her upon checking in. There chairs in the waiting room could be a little more comfortable but I don’t go for the comfort of the waiting room, I go because the help they have given me has made my life a lot easier and they have taken away much of my pain. It is because of them that I am able to get up and actual live my life vs watching it go by. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing assistance with there pain management.
