Two bedrooms cleaned with extra cleaning in master bedroom. Punctual and took extra time in bedroom where I was unhappy with the wear of the carpet.

Don cleaned our basement carpet. We had issues with pet urine smell and he worked very hard to eliminate the odor. Don was extremely prompt in scheduling the appointment. When his truck broke down and he couldn't meet the scheduled time of 1:00 p.m., he came that evening to get the work done. He worked until 9:30 p.m. to get it done. He was prompt in calling to find out how the job looked after it dried. The most responsive, carpet cleaner we have used. He also did the best quality job on our carpet. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Don cleaned all the areas I asked for in a prompt and timely manner. This is the first time we have used his service and was the best carpet cleaning we've ever had done. To be honest we weren't sure what to expect, but liked the video on Angieslist and decided to try it. My son-in-law was sure we needed to replace the carpet and was shocked at the results from the cleaning. We have a very light colored plush carpet and it was very dirty to say the least. Everything Don worked on came out completely clean including the twelve steps. The steps had some sticky residue on them and that is completely gone too. We wouldn't hesitate to use Premier Carpet Cleaning again.

This company has been our go-to carpet cleaning service for over 5 years. We have our carpets cleaned at least twice a year just for standard cleaning and up to as often as every 3 months. Our home is a 2300sqft 4 level house with 5 bedrooms and 2 family/living rooms with cream/off white carpet. We have a german shepherd who is hairy as all get out, that has an occasional accident, and (until recently) a calico cat that would express her displeasure on the carpet. Don has always done a great job getting our carpets cleaned and leaving everything fresh and our belongings undamaged. Don is very professional. He remembers his clients and is very personable. He is quick to respond to inquiries, reasonably priced, and we never have to wait long for an appointment (within the week). He uses a rotovac system, and I wouldn't want my carpets cleaned with a standard wand ever again. When he comes to do a cleaning, he is thorough, goes over what we want, never leaves a mess, and he has the utmost respect for our property. My husband and I are very picky about our home, and when we find someone that is as professional as Don, we stick with them. We are moving out of town soon, but if we come back, Don will be one of the first people we call for our next Billings home. I can't imagine anyone being sorry they hired Premier Carpet Cleaning.

I'm very happy that I went with Premier Carpet Cleaning. Don really knows his stuff. He takes pride in his work/reputation and will make sure the job is done right. He cleaned two microfiber couches that I had all but given up on. They look BRAND NEW! I wish I'd taken before/after pics. Customer for life here.

Cleaned my carpet on my stairs, living room, and hallway. He was so great! He came to my house gave me a free estimate...was super flexible with my schedule and came when it worked for me. After the estimate he came as soon as he was available because he knew I wanted to get the carpets done. When he came he got right to work and finished promptly. His carpet cleaner i don't know much about but i could tell the difference from a regular clean and his vac system. The carpet looked AMAZING when they were done. He also was very kind and said if I had issues or problems to call him. Gave me his card and a magnet so I knew he was legit about me calling if I needed anything. Overall wonderful experience and I will be calling him next time I need my carpets cleaned! Money well spent!!!

Cleaned rug, some parts with significant water stains, did a great job, was able to get out some very stubborn stains, polite and thorough, plan to use again soon for some other carpet in the house

Don cleaned all the carpets including stairs in our home. Had several dog pee stains that he treated and cleaned.

Cleaned downstairs carpets & tile We use Premier Carpet Cleaning whenever we need that service. Don always does a great job. He's using a newer system now that makes the carpets dry faster than before too.

Cleaned carpets in three rooms/areas that desperately needed it.

Very impressed with punctuality, thoroughness, and job well done. Also happy that the price is quite reasonable. Have used before and will use again as I get to more rooms that need it. So nice to have these areas cleaned! Even my super clean and neat mother in law who is coming next week will be impressed (well, at least I won't hear 'you really need to clean these carpets!')

He is able to get rid of stains that our previous carpet cleaner was never able to get rid of. Prompt, courteous service and he does a great job!
