Amazing Clinic! It is nice that there is a clinic around that actually cares about animals and their owners. I had to have my puppy euthanized through you guys after a car accident. But now that I am able to look back on the accident, you was the only clinic that would see my puppy in the emergency, as I was frantically trying to find somewhere to take him for help. Your staff cares and was so compassionate after we was turned away multiple times. If I ever get another puppy you will see him regularly. Thank you and your staff on that difficult day. You do make a difference.

Wonderful vet! I have two male cats, and I got one of my them neutered at Riversbend last year and regularly get their flea and tick medication there also. After calling around, Riversbend was just a few dollars more expensive than some of the other veterinarians in Big Rapids, but the woman who reserved his appointment was so friendly and knowledgable that I chose Riversbend. Every time I stop in to pick up Revolution, everyone is so wonderful and friendly! The few extra dollars was MORE than worth it because I'm so pleased with this office! I'm a college student so I don't have a lot of money to spend on medications, the wonderful clerk offered me a syringe and a higher dose of flea medicine to split between the two boys. Now they are safe and healthy and free of ticks and fleas and I can afford to keep them that way! Thank you, Riversbend Animal Clinic! I <3 you!

My vet was out of town on an emergency and late on a Friday night his office referred me to you. My Weim was injured when I got home late from work and you responded to my call for assistance. You saw him first thing Saturday morning for 8 sutures, antibiotics and TLC. Your staff was wonderful. You treated us like old customers. My vet ever retires you will see us again. I brought my 3 year old Schnoodle into your clinic in May, 2009 and you immediately diagnosed him with Leptospirosis, based on all the clinical observations. You started treatment on him immediately and he survived through it all; he was so sick when I brought him in. Thank you for saving his life.
