        So far, not too impressed

        ordered several thousand dollars worth of windows.

        was told would be in in 5 wks. no call. when i called, i was told "oh yeah, they "just" came in." I'll have Craig call you back. that was last week. still zip. i know this may be a small job, but come on.

        we have used them in the past, the installers were great, so i'll give this company 3 stars, due to that. but so far the office staff is lacking.
