Beverly Glass Company

I purposefully went with a local company and boy was that a mistake. There was an utter lack of professionalism shown by the office manager to the installer and even the owner acted as though I was a bother at times...it seems that they are "too busy" to even return a phone call or apologize for being 2 hrs late to my house and cutting my screen to the wrong size. I was literally told that they were too busy and I had to repeatedly hear how the office manager has been doing this job for umpteen years and she would NEVER make a mistake. There was no explanation of what I needed and the installer who was 2 hours late lied right in front of me saying he was on time. I have never been spoken to the way the office manager has spoken to me and would not recommend Beverly Glass again at all. My neighbors need their window replaced as well and I told them to go anywhere other than Beverly Glass. Perhaps Beverly Glass should realize the power the customer truly has and be a little more customer friendly.
