Material Direct

We had windows replaced by materials direct in March 2012 and were pleased with them at first. The were prompt to get back to us in the beginning. After have 2 issues with the windows, they were slower and slower to get back to us. Now that we have another issue with the windows in just under 1 year, they seem to not want to deal with us anymore. I have been trying to contact them for 3 months, with calling their main # and a workers cell # with only 1 call back, which went unanswered again while trying to get back to them. In my opinion I would have paid a little more to have better customer service. They are about the worst company when it comes to customer service we have ever used.

We recently purchased a new roof from MaterialsDirect. They were so helpful in working with our insurance company and giving us all needed information and assistance in selecting colors. Their crew was professional and courteous. I loved it so much, we then puchased siding.
