        Overall
        they refused to hold my coach boots( Screw them all the money I spend in that store!!!!!)

        I give them no stars they know I am a valued customer and they refused to hold my boots over night ! And when I called and spoke to two different manangers they said just make sure your in at 7 when I got off work! Well I wanted the boots so bad I had my husband go get them and they told him they didn't get held! Anna and the night time manager (a man) both lied and said they would hold them for. I spend my money in marshalls on union blvd and they could care less! I can't wait to speak to cor. this morning!
