General Info
Gentle NSA Network Chiropractic Care, using a technique called Network Spinal Analysis, is for a healthy spine and nervous system, increasing your capacity to function. This means greater: • Stress resilience • Ability to recover from injury and trauma • Healing without drugs or surgery • Performance in sports, music, public presentations, etc. • Overall well-being – beyond normal, limiting beliefs It uses gentle, low force touch contacts specifically timed, placed, and directed to cue the nervous system. In feeling yourself differently, you are lead, in a most natural way, to reorganizing your posture and how you function. This system grew out of the chiropractic profession, yet its methods and approach is experienced very differently from what’s typically expected from a chiropractic adjustment. Network Care also includes a do-it-yourself technique called Somato-Respiratory Integration (SRI). This empowers you to facilitate your healing and growth whenever and wherever, independently of a practitioner, by using your hands if possible, the timing of your natural breathing rhythms, movements, and the focus of where you place your attention. Like learning to ride a bike, the natural skill set you acquire from using these Network Care practices, for even just a few seconds of SRI here and there on a regular basis, will last a lifetime. We find that the energy required for maintaining a stiff posture, characterized by static tension in muscles and joints, along with the tension on the nerves and spinal cord, is the same energy to be used for moving dynamically through the spine as fuel for healing, strength, and vitality. A stiff spine is transformed into a flexible spine, with increased ability to adapt – emotionally and physically – to stressful, traumatic events. We’re incrementally stretching what you can sense and be easily responsive to. This strengthens the core of how capable you become in developing your coordination for which all of your life activities and aspirations demand, using the spine that contains the central nervous system as the vehicle. Dr. Steve Gardner has been practicing Network Care in the Washington, DC area since 1996, after graduating from Parker College of Chiropractic. He was one of the first 100 doctors to be fully certified in this work, and continues to be very dedicated to staying on top of its rapidly advancing developments. Easy Spine Wellness Center is located four blocks south of the Medical Center Metro station at NIH on the Red Line — Washington DC’s subway system, with free parking in front of our office. With regards to number or frequency of sessions at Easy Spine Wellness Center, or home exercise; All levels of participation are welcome, regardless of lifestyle and responsibilities. We invite you to experience one of the most sought-after, dynamic, cutting-edge, healing systems in the world today.
