Bethel Roofing & Sheet Metal

I got 3 bids and went with a company that said not only could i get my roof for free but I could get 500 dollars when the job was completed. He said that it should be done in one day and i would never know that they were there I couldn't sign the contract fast enough. I contacted the other 2 companies thanking them for their time . When I talked to Rodney with Bethel Roofg he asked if he lowered his bid by 5% would i reconsider. I laughed and told him what the other company said about paying me. Rodney said that he didn't see a way possible to do that. I told him that they were going to get my insurance to pay for it. Rodney said if for some reason I had any problems to give him a call and he would be willing to fix the mistakes that had occurred. I asked him what makes him thank that there would be problems. He replied to me You Get What You Pay For.. When the insurance adjuster came he said that the roof was past it's life expectancy. Which is not covered by insurance. Before the salesman left he told me that he would need the deposit before they would be able to start. I replied excuse me? He said the 5000 dollars he needed the third of the money before they could start. I told him he was crazy that I wasnt going to pay 15000 for my roof i reminded him that I was supposed to get 500 dollars not pay 15000. He asked if I was going to cancel the contract and I said definitely he replied that he was sorry to hear that and asked if I could pay him now so he wouldn't have to come back.I should have read the contract it was a 4000 dollar penalty to cancel the contract. I paid over 17000 dollars and in 2 years stains began appearing on my ceilings When I contacted the company to fix the problems I was informed that my warrantie was expired. I called Bethel Roofg after repairs to almost every part of the roof I haven't had a problem since. Not only did they repair the roof they repaired my celings also replacing my molding installation.So my free roofs final cost 21000
