Wow I can say the ground meat loaf mix was perfect. None of that slurry from commercial packing. The slab bacon is always tasty and makes a delicious blt on the marble rye bread they sell. The bread is not full of preservatives and very flavorful. If you want something give them a call first. Saw beautifully marbled steaks in the case and dry rubbed spiced chicken. Have not tried the deli or sandwiches yet.
