Closson's Auto Repair

Took my mother's car in for repair while she was in the hospital. I had an appt for 8am. I was told they would perform the oil change and a/c charge then call me with estimates for the window and exhaust. When I called at noon...nothing was done...I was told they got backlogged with oil changes. At 230 I called again... now I'm told they are finishing up oil change and estimates so I can pick it up. I arrive to be asked why I'm upset?(61/2 hrs wasted on my day off) this time the delay was caused by waiting for parts places to return his calls for the estimates, part for window would not be available for4 days because it has to come from Missouri. I paid the bill, assured him I would not be back. When I reached the vehicle I saw that the interior side of the passenger door was strewn all over the back seat.. apparently after all the work to do the estimate,they couldn't be bothered to put things back! That is when i decided to do a review!!!!

Clossons does good work at reasonable prices and they are very courteous.
