I called to get information about what was wrong with my computer and asked someone could come out. The diagnosis fee was way cheaper than anyone I have ever dealt with. Not only that, The technician did come out and there was no charge for the visit. All I had to pay was the diagnosis fee and the price for parts that were needed. If I didn't need any parts, the technician said he would only charge me for the diagnosis. Now that's sweet. House calls without paying extra, a person who really loves doing his job, and does all he can to get you the best deals. Now that's what I call customer service.!!!!!!
