This is a quality shop that I've used for the past three years to perform all the maintenance and repairs on my car. They are honest and straightforward, and understand that even though my car has 130,000 miles on the clock, I want to keep it running well.

They've handled my inspections, replaced my brakes, changed my oil, installed a new ignition coil and wires, performed a radiator flush, and fixed my power locks. They also fixed emergency work I had done when I was out of state. All their work has been neat and timely. They actually care about doing a good job.

I bought a used car from Simpkins and it was such an easy process! I came in with an idea of what type of car I wanted to purchase, but the salesman helped me explore my options and narrow my choice. He was so patient and really took the time to help me. I love my car!

This place is run by some of the nicest people I've met in the past few months. They are willing to help you even if it means going out of their way. I've never had service like this. I needed an oil change and came 5 minutes before Simpkins closed, but they still helped me! I'm telling all my friends and family.

I have been a loyal customer of Simpkins Auto Care Inc for over 5 years and I just recently took my car in to fix my valve gaskets and as usual, did a fabulous job!

My water pump was leaking on 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 limited. Simpkins quoted repair price was half of dealer price quote. My water pump was replaced at below quote cost, as new water pump came with gasket, which was quoted in original quote. No pressure for other repairs. Great customer service. Live local in Benicia dropped off car, Simpkins drove me home. Repair completed professionally without any problems. Highly recommend Simpkins for repair needs.

Everyone knows having an accident is extremely stressful I had never been in one before and not sure what to do or where to go. A friend recommended Simpkins, so I called them. I did not have to make an appointment that I could come over anytime it was convenient. I wanted to have my repairs done as soon as possible. Frankly I was embarrassed to drive around in a dented up car. When I went in for my estimate I have to say its one of the nicest auto repair shops I have seen nice waiting area and very clean. They wrote the estimate while I waited and went over it with me so I could understand everything they would need to do to repair my car.They were able to assist me with a rental car. And even contacted my insurance company. My car was repaired in four days without any problems. GREAT JOB GUYS!! I would definitely recommend Simpkins to all my friends and family!

I've been taking my cars to Simpkins for 10 years. They just did a beautiful job on my Subaru's valve gaskets. Their work is professional and their prices fair. Bill isn't going to win Miss Congeniality, but he is honest, tells you the best way to fix your car and his crew does the job right the first time. It's great to have Simpkins in town.
