Benicia Health & Fitness Club

Very clean, the staff is always friendly and very helpful, I enjoy it because everything you need to workout they have, and are ways open earlier than what the schedule has on the door.

The class options and instructors are excellent. I have never been to a bad class. I also like that the locker room is big and they provide towels to use which is helpful when especially when I am on the cardio machines.

Benicia Health and Fitness has such a positive and supportive atmosphere. Everyone there is so nice and willing to help you reach your fitness goals. There is a great variety of equipment for everyone to use and share with the other members of the club.

When things break, repairs or other corrections are arranged quickly and efficiently. I have been a member of several gyms, visited several more as a guest, and worked in one and this is clearly the best I have seen.

Occasionally I will go to the juice bar for a protein shake. It is nice to know that they offer it as an option to their patrons. The rates that they offer are competitive with other gyms, but Benicia Health and Fitness Club has extra amenities like the juice bar that make it worth the value.

I tell my friends that the gym has all levels of classes for whatever your needs are as well as instructors who can help you achieve your goals. They do a great job keeping everything clean too.

Russ keeps the facility clean. Fellow members of Benicia Health and Fitness are friendly and fun. I love all the classes offered, especially kickboxing Fridays.

I like that they offer two types of saunas; dry and steam. I use the steam sauna and I like it a lot.
