I have ordered a couple pizza's already from this pizza hut this month, I dont drive so its easy, and accessable for me to get pizza delivard to my house, I love to get the pan crust meat lovers(my favorite) but it seem that i always have problems when and if they get my pizza to me, I dont like to complain but when im paying for this service i expect it to be better then what ive gotten from here.. I ordered a pizza at the first of april, and when it got to me it was 45 mins late and it looked as if someone took the pizza and throwed it across the room, all the toppings were in the box instead of on my pizza, they didnt bring my drink, nor my chees bread, then when i was explaining to the driver he just wanted me to pay him for it so he could leave, when he told me my total he quoated me a price to high, witch i didnt relize at first,so i payed him and asked him to wait one min and i called the resturant and got a manager on the phone, as i was looking at the reciept to let her no what i didnt get, i relized i piad him 5 dollars to much, i was alittle pissed off becasue the driver pulled off, i explained everything to the manager, she appologized and told me she would resend my order and the 5 dollars i piad extra back out to my house in 35 mins, well i waited patientley while my child and i was starving, i was expecting the manager would do what was right, well an hour had passed and i still didnt have any pizza that was ediable, so i cut the crust off of the first pizza for my child to have somthing to munch on while i called back, the manager got back on the phone and apoligized one more time saying how busy they were, but she failed to relize that i was a paying customer to that hasent got the food i had ordered in 2 and half hours now, so she promised once agin that it was on its way, and even throwed in an extra drink,(she didnt have to do that, i was just wanting the food i had payed for, and hoping it would be hot and fresh and still intact when it arrived, but i couldent ask for that mcuh, hell i hadent got the food i payed for yet) i dont think thats asking for much, so i waited and waited, after another hour had passed, i still didnt get my pizza, i called back, she tells me then that it just walked out the door, and the driver was told to come to me first, well finnally after one bad pizza, shorted 5 dollars, no cheese bread or drink, and 3 and a half hours later, she finnally told the truth and my pizza came, i could say im not going to order pizza from here any more, but the fact is that i have to at least twice a month, but i would like to get what i pay for, and some kind of honesty, after this happened i have ordered 2 more pizza from here, its always alittle late, and never hot and fresh, but i understand cause i used to work for pizza hut myself, and i no how busy they get somtimes,and thats all she had to of told me instead of making feel like i was just another complaing customer that she had to deal with, i dont ever call and say anything when my pizza is 30 minutes late, or if theres no cheese on it, i just let it go but this time it was one thing after another and honestley i didnt complain i just asked for what i paid for.. but i just cant seem to get over this one bad experience.
