I couldn't agree more with all of the positive reviews on here. There are plenty of contractors that can build a patio, but I think what really separates Victory Concrete (Fred) from the rest is how he treats you (and of course his very reasonable pricing). While looking to have a patio installed, we requested quotes from a few different places. In the end, the only decision we needed to make was whether or not we wanted to proceed with the patio, but not who we would select to do the work. From the moment Fred came by to discuss the project it was overly obvious that he was much more knowledgeable than even the larger construction companies that we had looked into. Or maybe it was just that the other companies didn't care enough to actually bounce ideas back and forth and help us decide on the best option/price.



After Freds team had prepped the ground for a day, it dawned on us that we would have preferred a squared off corner on the patio. I panicked at first because we realized this the evening before his team was to come and finish up the job. I expected the worst, and assumed that it was either too late to change the specs, or that he would recognize our dire situation and take advantage of the modification by increasing the price over what it would usually cost. Neither were the case. He said it wouldn't be a problem and that his priority was making sure that we were satisfied with the final result. He sent over an adjusted quote (which was EXTREMELY reasonable), and proceeded with the job.



I really am still in shock at what an amazing job they did for our patio, and the fact that he treated us as if we were doing him a favor the whole time.. well.. it really made us a customer for life. If you are doing any concrete/paver work, I would highly recommend going to Fred. He's hands on with everything, and as described above.. an outstanding, talented business owner.

I wish Fred did more than concrete and pavers. He is the quintessential professional. His workmanship is of the best quality and he offers valuable advise. He installed a 900 sqft paver patio at my home and I am very pleased with it. I got several comments admiring the gradient pitch he put in place for water run off.

When we first moved into our home we realized we needed a 17x25 ft pad in a short time because our pets were tracking mud through everything. We ended up with an amazing set of steps and a pad in a dark grey stamped concrete this was in 2011. We just hired fred again to do pavers and a patio around our pool. We could not be happier. We like fred not only for his work but the way he treats you. You are not just a payday for victory concrete. Fred truly wants your happiness and will not settle for less!!!

When looking to have some concrete work done, I contacted a few companies (approximately 5) and the only call received back (which was immediate) was Fred from Victory Conrete. Not only was he very nice and professional, but worked around the minor complications regarding scheduling, etc. His price was as reasonable as it gets, if not under priced for his fantastic work. The completed work was phenomenal and completed quickly. I would recommend Fred to anyone who needs concrete work, and plan on using him in the future. I guarantee you will be more than satisfied upon hiring Fred.

I would highly recommend Fred and his team for any hardscaping project. Very professional and honest with opinions and pricing. They showed up to the job site at promptly at 715 every morning rain or shine. We are so pleased with our new patio with sitting wall and fire pit. It looks awesome. I can't say enough about Fred and his team at Victory Concrete and their attention to detail. Again I would highly recommend!

Highly recommend, Fred and his crew are some of the hardest workers I've had the pleasure to work with. After having a paver job done several years ago by an unnamed contractor. In which the pitch was incorrect and directed water into my home, we were finally able to have repairs made. We called out several contractors for solutions and estimates for the job, most never returned. Just before giving up we found Fred's Business and called him, he was knowledgeable in pointing out what was incorrect and how to make the repairs, he worked through changes in design to help make the wife happy and worked through rain and snow to see the project through. The project was Large and complicated but looks fantastic. It is no wonder he is voted the best of Gloucester County! Great Job Fred and Crew.
