A nightmare. Beautiful building. Everything else was a nightmare. Institutional, incredibly expensive fees that spiraled out of control, and absolutely no ability to care for the residents beyond those that are extremely capable on their own. Almost killed my Mom. Moved her to an AFH and couldn't be happier. Be very thoughtful about your exit plan, if you decide to proceed. Eventually your parent will need a little care, and this isn't the place.
Don't Move Here----
A beautiful building and horrible management. All the good managers have left and now they have an executive director who can't make a decision if her life depended on it. Care has gone down hill since their nurse Angie took over and now they want to nickel and dime their residents for every service. Now they propose to add a fee just to go onto assisted living. Before you know it they will reimplement a community fee. The residents are lovely but I wouldn't move my worst enemy here.
