John Minnoch, D.D.S. - beware !!!



John Minnoch, D.D.S. was our dentist. He is good doctor, but his staff are very bad trained, very rude and even will lie to you.

I remembered name Holly (receptionist) as a bad example. They didn't return my calls as they promised to make an appointment a few times. When I asked Holly (receptionist) why she didn't return my calls - she changed subject quickly. I repeated my question. Holly got offended and offered me to find other dentist! Yes, just like that!



Also they Holly refuse to accept my kids for a visit without reasonable explanation (Holly quickly invented the lie that Minnoch doing mostly implants now), despite the fact that they where current patients of Minnoch. It was her answer. It was clear to me that it's a lie because they advertise as a family dentistry.

All those facts and unprofessional behavior are very unacceptable and unpleasant to me and this is why I decided to write this and let other people know.

It seems like they don't care about their clients and don't want to keep them.
