Longo Orthodontics

Here is my experience of the work, skill, and knowledge Dr Longo has done 20 years ago. I had braces for 4 years and at that time I have a genetic missing adult tooth on my lower left side. I had surgery to remove the baby tooth and instead of moving the 3 back teeth forward to close the gap. All 10 teeth of the right side moved towards the left causing my two bottom front teeth be on the left side of my face. Now, 20 some years later and countless dentist commenting on the horrible work and misaligned bite that was done to my teeth. I even came across a traveling dentist in Maryland (my husband is Active duty for almost 20 years) asked me if Longo worked on my teeth. She said most of his patients have problems and over her 30 years working all over the USA, shes had to fix his work, that says a lot.... I recently seen a orthodontist and now I have to be in braces again for 2+ years not to fix my nice my straight teeth, on my own dime , but to reline my bite and hopefully move my teeth back to their original place to have a bite, to relive the migraines and jaw problems. One might say this was old practice but in reality is isn't. Moving 3 teeth forward vs moving 10 teeth around is mind goggling decision. SO its great that his staff is nice (they really are so sweet at that time) and welcoming but coming from someone that had his work done. That's not enough to waste money and years for straight teeth but get a bad alignment.. Its something I wish my parents went to someone with common sense. (and though my review is blunt its my honest and experience...seeing the office reply back will be the true show of colors and responsibility and ownership of his skills.)

My three kids have been going to Dr. Longo for 2 years now. All three have braces. The staff are all extremely friendly, upbeat and love kids! They have wonderful payment options so you don't have to stress about the financial aspect and can focus on what's important, their healthy teeth!
