Khan's Mongolian BBQ

Khan's has the best mongolian barbeque anywhere I have visited. The food tastes excellent. I enjoy their vast array of sauces, especially the pepper oil, which I partake of liberally each time I visit there. The prices are good, and you get plenty. Once upon a time one could fill their own bowl, but that time has passed. They now fill the bowl for you. Still, one receives an adequate amount of very tasty food for a good price. Their hot and sour soup is also very good. I usually take home the excess for another meal, which is nice because they have styrofoam containers to self pack what you don't eat to take home. Not a fancy place by any stretch, but the food is always great. I always look forward to going back there.

I did not have a pleasant experience!! I paid for my wife and her friend to eat a medium sized bowl so that they could share with our oldest daughter and their son. The owner there told my wife that the kids need plates to eat too, and my wife stated that they were going to eat off of her and her friend’s plate. Well I guess he didn't like that and went on bitching that my kids had better not make a mess and that he had to clean it!! There was nobody else in the restaurant at the time!! It seemed clear at the time to my wife and I plus her friend that he did not welcome families with children in his establishment!! By this time I was IRATE!!! He assumed that we would not clean up or take-care of our children while dinning in his restaurant. He was being a jack @$$ and I intend on CLOSING KHANS by word of mouth!! So please join in my HATING KHANS if you love your kids or kids in general! Tell everyone you know how I was treated last night!!
