At Home Computer Repair

Been there several times with different machines and issues. Zac not only fixed the problems but did some work he did not charge me for. Great place, great guy! He also gives vets a break and has a wall for their photos and those of loved ones who where lost in combat. This man is real.

My laptop was held hostage!!! After weeks of no calls from these frauds i was told my laptop was unfixable and they would save me th pain of disposing my laptop. i said no and it took them days to find my laptop in there pig sty. i had to call evry day to figure if they found my laptop. Even when they found it they tryed convincing me it couldnt be fix.Over and over again/. not wanting to trust any other places in Belleville i mailed my laptop into to Dell expecting the worst case senario. only to infuriate me more. It was under warranty! Dell didn;t charge me! This repair place was trying to RIP ME OFF and STEAL my laptop for whatever reason. Maybe to fix and resale. Or whatever.

Do not go here. I took my laptop in for a monitor blulb replacement the first week of March and was told it would be ready in one to 2 weeks max as the part had to be ordered. I paid for the part that day. After not hearing from them I called them 2 weeks later only to be told someone would call me back about it. After several unsuccessful attempts by phone I went into the business to find out what was taking so long. First off they could not even find my laptop as their place was such a mess and then I was told even though it had been over a month they were still waiting on the part. I wanted to just take my laptop then and there and have it fixed elsewhere but they could not find it and said someone must be working on it as his house and they would of course call me. This has been another 2 weeks since I went in there and they do not return my calls nor hs anybody been able to find my laptop; I find this kind of service unacceptable and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I feel they should have to replace my laptop since they cannot find my old one and I worry what kind of information they have managed to take off of my old one before "losing" it. I have had to have all of my information changed with all of my accounts. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!
