Friendly's

This Friendly's is absolutely horrible. We have been there 2 times in the past year and a half that we have lived here, and both times we left there shaking our heads. The service is ridiculously slow, even when they are not busy (not really acceptable for a "kids" restaurant). The staff is terribly incompetent; both times we were charged incorrectly for items on our bill. BOTH times, after bringing the overcharge to the server's attention, the server tried to refute it, saying that she had charged us correctly. I had to take a menu and physically show her that she had overcharged us. Shouldn't the staff know the menu??!! The kids meals are now $5.99 which is pretty expensive for what they get. Overall, a terrible experience both times and we will definitely not be going back!!

I swore I would never return to this particular friendly's ever again since each of my other visits were terrible. I broke my vow out of convenience b/c it was on the way to where my family & I were going to & we were running late. This last visit took the cake...this so called restaurant (& I use this word loosely) has the worst service,even with hardly any1 there, no server is 2 b found when u need something i.e. needing utensils 2 eat, cream 4 coffee, refills & basically getting your food the way you ordered it. 1 particular blonde bimbo there is as helpful as a detour & has the personality of a doorknob (& I'm being kind.) Thank the lord I'm moving out of this god forsaken town, it seems like every1 else is as happy as a clam with this type of typical service....Ihad 2 give it a 1 star rating in order 2 post this-unfortunately there is no rating for a negative 30!

Great food...great service...great family atmosphere! Of course..GREAT Ice Cream!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We went in to order carry out....we were there for an hour AND the GRILLED CHEESE had to be redone. Horrible.

Same good food that all the Friendly's restaurants offer. The service is usually pretty good, unless you go during a busy time.



I did have a problem with some ice cream. I wanted a flavor in a 1/2 gallon to take home, they did not have it but said they could put some they had for restaurant use into a 1/2 gallon container for me. That seemed fine, till I got home and saw that what I'd paid 1/2 gallon price for did not even come close. It was just loosely packed little scoops. I really expected better.
