I used this office for more than a decade. Changeover in staff have hurt service and quality of care significantly.
The new eye doctor, Dr. Pham, failed to diagnose changes in my astigmatism and nearsightedness. She gave me my old prescription, saying it was new. Then the staff let me order "new" glasses, not noticing or caring that they were the exact same glasses I was wearing.
The initial pair was defective from the lab and replaced at no charge. So when the second "new" pair came back, I thought this pair was defective, too. After all, my vision was still blurry when I put them on. Staff said it was fine.
I asked to talk to Dr. Pham. She dismissed my concerns despite the eye chart showing I was reading 20/30. She said that was fine, I'm still legal to drive. I'd paid $500 for an exam and new glasses, and argued this wasn't good enough. She laughed at me, dismissing the concerns again as "over 40 eyes".
Waited a while, then booked an appointment with a senior doctor there. He diagnosed the reduced astigmatism and worsened nearsightedness. Now I have the correct prescription ... but they charged me $200 more for his exam.
More than $700 out of pocket, and I still don't have the new glasses I need.
When I tried to discuss this comedy of errors with the staff, they excused her mistakes and said she didn't need to apologize for her condescending attitude.

What a friendly office. The receptionist was willing to work me in after I had lost my glasses. The exam Dr. Latham did was very advanced from what I had received at other offices. Though, the eye wear I selected was expensive, I always pay for quality elsewhere, and here was no different. I love my glasses!

Went here for my contact lens exam and to get some new glasses, very nice office, friendly staff, like the female Dr Granado alot. they were on my insurance which was great and knew what i was covered for, helped me pick out some cute new glasses too. will definitly refer my friends and family here
