Elevation Health - Bedford

I have been seeing chiropractors my whole life. I moved to Arlington, originally from Mississippi. I found this place online and it appeared to be a decent establishment online. However, when I walked through the front door it seemed as though I was not expected for an appointment. I filled my paperwork out before my appointment as I was told to do. Tracey is the front desk assistant. She brought my paperwork back to me three different times to fill out something. I waited for over an hour to be seen. I believe that my time is just as valuable as anyone else's, and when you make an appointment for someone, well you better make it on time. Dr Rob is the doctor who did my exam but before my first visit was over I saw three different doctors. This place was very unorganized. Before my appointment I was told my visit would only be $40. Which sounds great! Well after my first visit I ended up shelling out well over 100 dollars. And every time you go back you have to pay $50 until you attend a two hour class. My spouse was not able to come with me the first time. They made me receding this two hour class that I already requested off work for because my husband had to go out of town unexpectedly. I attended the next available class, after paying $50 three times a week, and my care was over $3,500! Come to find out my insurance also didn't cover any care.. This company is out of network for ALL insurances. Would of been nice to know that the first appointment I had. Instead I paid $420 overall for adjustments until I was told my insurance had no coverage. After this I requested my X-rays so I could go somewhere else. It took two weeks to get a copy of my X-rays. Also I was sent a bill for another 90 dollars. Needless to say, I will never return to this clinic.
