This is not my first time using this shop. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to use them because they are worth it. They are professional, quick, empathetic, and do an amazing job every time. My car always looks like new when they are done. I just had my '17 Honda Accord repaired here. Matt was great to work with. They cleaned my car inside and out when they were done. I highly recommend using them when you need your car repaired. Especially if you aren't familiar with using shops. They make you feel comfortable, are honest, and won't take advantage of you. You won't regret using them!

My car was in a hit and run and needed some fixing. The staff was knowledgable and took over and dealt with the insurance company once we dropped it off. The car looks brand new. A huge and unexpected plus, was that my car not only looked new outside, but they cleaned and detailed it inside. I feel like I have a brand new car. Great experience! Would definitely use them again (although I hope I don't have to!).

Amazing service! Matt was great to work with. Our Mercedes was hit in a parking lot and the damage was pretty bad. They were extremely thorough and helpful. Kept us updated throughout the entire process. Very knowledgeable on dealing with insurance as well. Car looks brand new!!!

Drove car in at 5 p.m. on a Friday, just after my one-car collision, which happened around the corner, and was immediately provided with an estimate for repairs. Thereafter the business dealt with my insurance company and helped me with the car rental details. Excellent repairs were made, and a discount was even arranged with the rental car company after I noted what I believed was too high a charge. All together, my experience was as pleasant as could be expected after having had an accident. Also, the car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out, an unexpected plus.

I've been using Northern Westchester Auto Body for twenty+ years, and as the father of three sons between the ages of 17 and 24, I've needed then more than I'd like to admit. This is a family business, and they treat me like family. I used to routinely get multiple bids for whatever work needed to be done, but after years of learning that they were consistently the lowest bid, and never having anything but great results, I don't even shop for bids anymore. I just give them the job, and they never let me down. Old fashioned service.

Every person we dealt with in this business was fabulous! They were kind, patient, supportive, extremely professional and efficient. And, the results of their work were nothing short of amazing! Our car was badly damaged in an act of vandalism, and, not only did these professionals deliver a miracle in restoring the car, they were amazingly sensitive to and supportive of our emotional distress. They really worked with us to end up with an excellent result. I recommend them to everyone, with no reservation! Definitely bring your business to them! I will continue to do so, myself!

Another great job just completed by the crew at NW Auto Body. The owners (Vinnie and his son Matt) run an excellent shop and they are a pleasure to work with. To quote another review: "honest, friendly and reliable." They have done a lot of work on several of our cars and we have always been very satisfied. The paint job on my bumper started to peel after 6 months. I got the run around for 3 months when I tried to get them to correct it. They were always too busy they asserted. Even though they said it was their fault they would not repaint the bumper in the end. I would never go there for any type of repair work.

Vinnie and the team are very knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to work with! I recommend them to anyone looking to get body work done. I had tree sap all over my brand new Honda Civic and tried to remove it with different cleaners. After failing to remove it, I took it to NWAB, and Vinnie applied a solution with a paper towel and got all of it out in a few minutes without any fuss!

Warning!, I had to file a complaint with the NYS Atorney General over a towing dispute. The vehicle was towed and from the begining I rquested for the car to be towed to my machanic. Instead, "claiming a shortage of staff" they took my car to their shop about 8 miles away in the opposite direction. Afterwards, they offer to tow my car- begining the millage fee from their shop (an additional 16 miles at 6 dollars a mile). Making matters worse, I had to call police just to exercise my right not to have to pay the additional and unnecessary towing fees. This is not a trust wothy establishment...

Vinne, matt and the team are very friendly and highly skilled. They fixed the dent and scratches beyong my expectations and ahead of time. My one year old Mazda CX-9 now looks like brand new. I would highly recommend this shop to people in Westchester.

I was recommended to NWAB by two different people. Both insisted that the service and the owner, Vinnie, were outstanding. As a female dealing on my own with car repairs due to a car accident, it's always challenging to find an auto body shop that you can trust. Thank goodness I listened to my friends and went there for my service, because I could not have had a better experience. Vinnie and his team welcomed me wholeheartedly when I first walked in the door, and I could instinctively tell upon meeting Vinnie that his friendliness was genuine. Vinnie never once looked at me with dollar signs in his eyes. Instead, he treated me respectfully and kept me constantly informed of his findings and the status of my repairs. He always asked me if I felt comfortable with the information, and was kind enough to patiently explain in any instance that I felt confused about the extent of damage to my vehicle. His prices are very fair and his team is not only knowledgeable, they're also extremely polite. Vinnie's son, Matt, also works at the shop and has been a pleasure to work with. I called numerous times to ask questions and never once was I made to feel like I was a bother. On top of the wonderful, worry-free experience that NWAB provided, they also do excellent work, paying attention to the minor details while still seeing the bigger picture. I was so stressed about having to get my car taken care of and Vinnie really simplified the process. He kept me calm and I felt relieved! Vinnie will even share with you a great story about a customer's lost keys and how NWAB saved the day. You've got to hear it! Your vehicle is in trustworthy, skilled, and caring hands if you take it to NWAB. I can't say enough about my positive experience!

Knowledgeable and service oriented, I would highly recommend calling Vinnie Grasso to repair any type of auto damage. Not only did Northern do a fabulous job repairing my car but, made several calls to our insurance carrier as well as the other drivers carrier to get them to evaluate the damage in a timely manner and resolve the question of responsible party. Even though we had to order several parts, the car looks great and was repaired ahead of schedule. Kudos!

I would not recommend any other repair shop!!

Recently, I was referred to Northern Westchester Auto Body. I found this establishment, especially Vincent, to be professional, honest, helpful and experienced. Another place could have easily told me the job would cost $400-$500; however, Vincent was able to clean and compound the damage; making the bumper that I scratched, look like new. His experience saved me ALOT of money and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs auto body work. Honesty is a rare find.

This place is a must avoid place of business, highly over charged, not-secure storage lots, and terrible to do business with.
