        I've tried so many different s...

        I've tried so many different styles of yoga, but it was not until I took a Dahn yoga class at B&R Center that I felt all of me was involved. It is not just about strengthening my body b it is primarily about empowering my spirit. It suits me very well and I cannot imagine being satisfied with a yoga class that only focused on the physical aspects of health.
