Cascade Payroll Service

We are really happy with Cascade Payroll. Bryan has gone above and beyond to help us with questions and is a pleasure to work with. Monica and Shawnee are great too! Not only are they adaptable to our changing needs, they are also priced right.

We have been using Cascade for 7 months. They set up our account with no issues, answer questions promptly (generally within moments if emailed), and have a web interface for submitting payroll that is very easy to use. The adhoc reporting on the website could be a little easier to use, but that is the only thing that has room for improvement. Everything else gets 5 stars. They are reasonably priced for us - a small consulting company with 5 employees.
