        Overall

        I leased a 2014 Grand Cherokee and everything seemed to be alright except for they couldn't provide a bill of sale because of the printer / paper issue. The week has passed and I still haven't received it by mail as the promised. I was also given a car with less than a half tank because it was 6pm and "it was too late", moreover my navigation was not activated because of the same reason.



        I was told to come back during a week to activate my navigation system. So I called Edwin Diaz for appointment, told him who I am and asked what time is he there till (since he was the one who told me to come see him for navi activation). He said he'll be there till 9pm. So I drove 1.5 hours through the terrible Friday traffic and got there by 7pm for that 5 minute service just to be told that service department closes at 6pm.... Wow. Thanks for the waste of time Bayside Jeep.



        I was given a $25 gas card for having less than a half tank of fuel at the time of purchase. I'm sure no one really cares that full tank is ~$89.
