If I could give Greenview Properties more stars I would! I lived at Chatman Square in Bayshore between Union and Saxon for 8 years! The best place to live, by far! I lived in two different townhouses within those 8 years. The first Townhouse 4 years, and the second for 4 years. Long Story, but I left the first one, and came back to the second one. I loved everything about the 2nd one because it was the first townhouse in Chatman Square when you pulled into the gated community. I had a garage, and a storage unit within the garage, beautiful windows on the walls facing Union Blvd. Enjoyed hearing the birds I fed periodically singing in the spring.. mourning doves before daylight. The townhouse has beautiful wood floors, that I only cleaned with only wood floor cleaner, My daughter and I had our own bedrooms, upstairs from the first floor I had the master. She had her own bathroom in the hall near her bedroom, I had my own bathroom in my room. The kitchen on the first floor had stainless steel appliances, a small laundry area within the kitchen. A half bathroom near the kitchen. Beautiful bay window in my livingroom, along with two windows. My dining room had two big windows as well. I had my own driveway, that was a plus. It was like living in a two floor house! Central air withing the entire townhouse as well! The landscaping was phenomenal. My neighbors and I became very good friends, whom I miss dearly! I owe it all to Jennifer Buzzeo and Christina Silva! Without their assistance I would never have moved back the second time! Jennifer the property Manager was phenomenal! Proficient, and professional. Kind, and most of all made my stay pleasant. Maintenance always there when you needed them! Christina who was my agent was professional, kind and always there when I needed to speak to her. Very proficient and professional. Without them, I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to move back to Chatman square the second time. I loved living there! I miss living there.

They have no respect for their clients or potential clients. They won't respond to service requests. I.e. A faulty mailbox lock, or Black mold in your AC unit or a roof leak. After months of asking for repairs they blamed the same tenants on numerous occasion,citing that they are at fault. The management won't face problems but rather sweep them under the rug

The current Property Manger at Greenview Commons in Oakdale needs to be replaced! She is just plain rude.
Recently, my mom passed and I had to vacate her apartment. Trying to contact the Property Manager to set up a
walk through was difficult. Lots of phone tag and no one available in the office when they were supposed to be open.
On my third visit there I finally caught her and tried to set up the walk through that day. She refused. She insisted on a scheduled appointment on another day during that week which meant I would have to take off of work and travel to Oakdale again. This woman would not give me ten minutes of her time and I found this to be extremely inconsiderate on her part. The apartment was empty and it would have taken her no more than a few minutes to fit me in her busy day. When it came to the receiving the security check again many phone calls to the Property Manager and her supervisor at Greenview Properties. I wanted to advise Greenview Properties about the issues I was having with their
Property Manager but I have not been able to contact him. After calling every day last week and leaving messages I have received the security check and I have stopped calling. I feel sorry for the people in the community of Greenview Commons that may have to deal with these people in the future. No one over 55 needs this aggreviation!

If I could give a 0 I would. I live in mystic pines in bay shore and I have found that Greenview property management in bay shore to be rude arrogant liars. They send incorrect " warning letters" with false accusations and they believe they are above the law. They are rude, disgusting liars.
