Imagine That!

The unfortunate aspect of such website reviews is that businesses are not notified when those reviews are posted, so we cannot always respond in a timely manner. It is important that our customers are aware that we are *always* concerned when someone is unhappy with our service and, of course, would immediately rectify any documented instance of improper credit card charges (if any business did not, that customer should contact the credit card provider to dispute the charge). Our history for this customer (based on the user name provided on the review)shows: one order in 2011 for a $130 arrangement plus delivery and tax - there are no complaint notes in the history; a second order in 2012 for a $140 arrangement plus delivery and tax - our notes indicate that we sent out a second arrangement the next week, free of charge, due to a complaint - there was no further communication noted. If a customer calls to express dissatisfaction, we notate the order and do everything in our power to make it right. That is simply our policy - for any order of any value. We do regret that this customer chose to post a negative review before calling to see if we could correct the situation - she obviously changed her mind afterwards and called us, as we sent the replacement arrangement on Feb 24th, 2012 - without knowledge at that time that this review had been posted.
